Lazzara Yachts has offered a first look inside Botiguer – the first of its "extra-voluminous" LPC 300 series – ahead of her premiere at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.
The yard recently celebrated the launch of the 21.4-metre model at its Antalya site, having been commissioned by a French client with plans to cruise the Mediterranean during her initial season. Previously named the LPC 70, Botiguer quickly outgrew her name due to her "massive interior volume" of over 300 square metres.
"While the yacht measures 21.4 metres in length, we refer to it as the 300 because it offers the space and comfort typically found on a 35-metre monohull," explained Lazzara Yachts business development and marketing director, Deniz Diduk.
This impressive length-to-volume ratio was achieved using the yard's patented full-beam lower deck platform, which offers Botiguer room for additional or expanded features compared to yachts in a similar class.
Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins, with additional space for four crew. This includes an 8.85-metre-wide master cabin on the lower deck, designed with a private door to the beach club and a mezzanine that opens to the ocean. Botiguer has been fitted with floating shelves and a vanity to ensure unimpeded sea views.
New imagery also reveals a sundeck spa pool with bar, a beach club arranged with sunloungers and ample opportunities for al fresco dining and lounging. The highlight, however, is her flybridge, featuring custom integrated hot tub, "Texas-style" barbecue and a signature round al fresco dining table "typically found on much larger superyachts".
While the contracted maximum speed for the LPC 300 is 18 knots, the shipyard believes that Botiguer will end up exceeding expectations.
“Our goal with the LPC 300 is simple – to build the most reliable, luxurious and innovative power catamaran in the world. We are proud to offer a yacht that delivers unmatched space, comfort and engineering integrity," said Lazzara Yachts executive vice president, David Galante.
According to Diduk, the new model caters to an expanding niche of consumer who place greater importance on a yacht's functional characteristics. "We are seeing growing interest in high-end power catamarans like the Lazzara LPC 300, as they offer an exceptional combination of space, stability, efficiency and luxury – attributes that are rarely matched by traditional monohull yachts of similar size," he explained.
Construction is also well underway on the first hull in Lazzara Yachts' 30.5-metre UVH 100 series, for which the initial interior renderings were released earlier this year. The yard has also announced the sale of its largest yacht project to date, the EX 165, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2026.
