The biggest superyacht deliveries to look out for in 2026

3 December 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

2025 has seen its fair share of spectacular superyacht deliveries – including two 111-metre Oceancos (Leviathan and DreAMBoat), two 100-metre Feadships (Pi and Moonrise) and Admiral's new flagship, the 78-metre Amalya. But as 2026 draws closer, there are still plenty of exciting new superyachts soon to be handed over to their long-awaited owners.

From the largest yacht in the world to one of the world's first fuel-cell superyachts, 2026 is expected to be another big year for superyacht deliveries. Using exclusive BOATPro data, BOAT takes a peek at what's scheduled for next year...

Length: 194.9m

Despite delays in her build schedule and a cumulative construction period of over eight years, the world's largest superyacht, REV Ocean, is officially expected for delivery in Q4 of 2026. The biggest delivery of the year will certainly be hard to miss, armed with a total length of 194.9 metres, a staggering volume of 19,235GT and a design from the minds of Espen Øino and H2 Yacht Design. The research vessel-cum-superyacht was last spotted in March this year, when she arrived at Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen to undergo 15 to 18 months of final outfitting. When delivered, the yacht will be available for charter with Burgess.

Project Vela

Builder: Brodotrogir
Length: 130m

Very little is known about the mammoth sailing superyacht project currently under construction at Croatian shipyard Brodotrogir. Project Vela was first announced to the industry in 2022 and began construction at Brodosplit before Brodotrogir took over the contract to build her the following year. While details remain under a confidentiality agreement, the sailing yacht is expected to have accommodation for 12 guests and carry a total of 50 crew. The secretive new build is expected to be delivered in 2026, according to BOATPro.

Builder: Amels
Length: 120m

Another record-breaker scheduled for a 2026 delivery is Project Tanzanite, the 120-metre Amels new build that now takes the crown as the largest Dutch-built motor yacht in history. The mammoth 6,083GT project was last photographed in October, when sea trials in the North Sea unveiled her multiple white decks adorned in structured geometric windows. Veteran designer Espen Øino is responsible for Project Tanzanite's demanding exterior, while her interiors have been conceived by Nice-based studio Zuretti Design. Alongside her record-breaking Dutch title, the project is now the largest member of the Amels fleet, surpassing the current 89-metre flagship Here Comes The Sun by 31 metres.

Project 13797

Builder: Lürssen
Length: 116m

Few details have been circulated on this Lürssen project, known only as hull 13797, which was commissioned in 2022 by an experienced American owner. Specific details remain tightly under wraps, though she is believed to have an impressive gross tonnage of 5,350GT to match her lengthy structure. When delivered, she will become the 20th largest yacht by length from the German shipyard, surpassing the famed Ahpo by only 0.9 metres. According to BOATPro, delivery is scheduled for 2026.

Project Cosmos

Builder: Lürssen
Length:
114.2m

A futuristic and powerful-looking Lürssen, Project Cosmos demanded instant attention when captured during her launch in August, not least for her unusual, explorer-style profile by Australian industrial designer Marc Newson. Alongside the extensive use of curved glass which defines her upper deck, the new build is most recognised for the large glass dome that sits atop her structure – a complex feat of glass engineering and a noble place for a private owner's study. It is not only her eye-catching design that draws attention, though; the 114.2-metre is also one of the first yachts in the world to be fitted with fuel-cell technology, host to two 500kW methanol fuel cells which offer cruising speeds of up to seven knots for a range of 1,000 nautical miles.

Builder: Freire
Length:

Technically launched in June last year from the Spanish shipyard, the 107-metre Project Incógnita is expected to be on track for delivery in 2026. She was previously known as NB-729, with details once again remaining notably sparse since Freire secured the contract in July 2021. Images from her last sighting reveal six decks and a steel and aluminium build, with BOATPro anticipating a 3,999GT volume.

Project Shackleton

Builder: Lürssen
Length: 107m

The highly confidential superyacht Project Shackleton (also known as Project Icecap) is expected to be delivered in 2026, according to BOATPro, following over seven years of construction. She was last spotted leaving the dock in 2022 at Peene-Werft, a shipyard in north-eastern Germany that forms part of Lürssen's naval division. Characterised by an axe-style bow and a superstructure that sits well forward, the project has been curated for exploration: an ice-classed hull, cargo-carrying capacity on her open aft deck and a heli-hangar are all on the spec sheet. Her final length is yet to be confirmed by the shipyard, but she is now expected to measure around 109 metres, with several exterior design modifications taking place during construction, including an extra helideck.

Project Jassi

Builder: Lürssen
Length: 103m

2026 is set to be a busy time for German shipyard Lürssen, as yet another new build is scheduled to depart its facilities, according to BOATPro. This time, it's the secretive 103-metre Project Jassi (ex Project Jassj), which last caught onlookers' attention in December 2023 when she emerged from the yard's Rendsburg facility and was technically launched into the waters of the Kiel Canal. Two years on, the new build remains shrouded in secrecy, although RWD have been named for her design, curating a volume of 3,420GT which is expected to offer a side-opening tender garage and a main deck aft pool. The yacht was sold in 2021 by Moran Yacht & Ship.

Feadship's 101.2-metre Project 1014 joins the list of deliveries scheduled for 2026. First glimpses of the superyacht were witnessed in November 2024, when she entered the outfitting phase at the Dutch yard's Makkum facility. Imagery reveals generous overhangs, a wide bow with railings, cutouts in the hull and curved exterior lines reminiscent of previous Feadship builds such as Faith, Viva and Tango. According to BOATPro, the new build has a volume of 3,840GT.

Length: 100m

At 100 metres, Hull 597 (previously known as Project Titanium) is set to become the flagship of the Italian shipyard when delivered next year. Admiral unveiled further details in January, announcing that outfitting had commenced on the build at the yard's facility in Marina di Carrara, Italy. As with many large builds, details remain minimal, but it has been revealed that British studio Winch Design is both the exterior and interior designer. The flagship build is also set to feature a diesel-electric propulsion system powered by Azipods, with onboard amenities including a certified helicopter landing pad, a "huge" swimming pool, spa and multi-deck saloon.
