The brokerage market experienced its share of highs and lows in 2025, yet the year was marked by headline-making newcomers and the return of several major yachts to the sales arena. Using exclusive BOATPro data, BOAT reflects on the 10 most expensive superyachts that were listed for sale in 2025...
1. Ahpo

First listed for: €340,000,000 with Edmiston and Moran Yacht & Ship
Length: 115.1m
Builder: Lürssen
The largest new listing of 2025 was Lürssen's Ahpo, which joined the market in April and immediately became the most expensive known yacht for sale. Although no longer on the market, the 115.1-metre remains a frequent headline-maker thanks to her striking Nuvolari Lenard design, complete with signature half-moon windows and sweeping black-and-white decks. Sold as a new build in 2017 to a repeat Lürssen client, she was delivered in 2021 before a landmark resale in May 2023, then considered the biggest brokerage deal in history. Accommodation is for 16 guests in eight cabins, while standout features include a nature-inspired spa with massage room, Himalayan salt sauna and Turkish-style hammam, a 12-seat cinema with a starlit ceiling, and a protected winter garden designed for all-weather use.
