The 50 metre motor yacht Hospitality, listed for sale with Moran Yacht & Ship, has had a $1,750,000 price reduction.
Hospitality was built by Westport to ABS classification and delivered as a Westport 164 model in 2011. William Garden designed her exterior with an interior by Donald Starkey. She was refitted in 2016 and again in 2021.
The successful charter yacht offers versatility thanks in part to her seven-stateroom layout, providing accommodation for up to 16 guests, as well as quarters for 12 crew. Cabins are configured with a master suite on the bridge deck, a VIP suite and a twin cabin on the main deck, and three doubles on the lower deck. In addition, the library can convert to a further double, as can the gymnasium, and all have full en suite bathrooms.
The main saloon is warm and elegant with two large sofas to port and starboard, while the entertainment centre includes a 50-inch wide-screen plasma television that rises out of the forward cabinet. Further forward a formal dining table in sapele wood with mahogany accents seats up to 12 guests.
On deck, she has several al fresco dining spaces, as well as a sundeck with a Jacuzzi spa pool and barbecue — an excellent space for lounging and entertaining. Her 3,700 nautical-mile range makes her ideal for long-distance cruising and she has spent two years exploring the Pacific Ocean from Central America to Australia and beyond.
With a 25-knot top speed, this yacht for sale can eat up the miles to get to any destination, quicker than most similarly-sized vessels, ready to invite guests aboard to enjoy some hospitality over her ample deck spaces. Hospitality has charters booked in 2023 that can be conveyed to her new owner if desired.
Lying in the Bahamas, Hospitality is now asking $29,750,000.
