First 26.2 metre ISA 86 sold to repeat client

Italian yacht builder Palumbo Superyachts has announced the sale of a new 26.2 metre motor yacht, the Extra 86 by ISA Yachts, to a repeat client.

The sale marks the fourth yacht to be built in the new series, following the sales of the Extra 126, 93 and 76. The Extra 126 is currently in build and slated for a 2019 delivery.

The Extra 86 will once again be designed inside and out by long term Palumbo collaborator Francesco Guida. The yacht is the slightly larger model of the Extra 76, which is currently on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival.

Accommodation will be for eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam master suite, one large VIP cabin and two guest cabins, all with ensuites. The yacht will have a top speed of 30 knots and is due for a summer 2019 delivery.

The Extra design brief is aimed towards achieving maximum comfort, low fuel consumption on long range cruising and outdoor living spaces.

The new range follows Palumbo Superyachts’ acquisition of ISA Yachts Ancona shipyard in 2016.
