Rocinante

Length: 78.4m
Builder: Lürssen
Year: 2008
Taking the top spot at this year's PBIBS is the 78.4-metre Rocinante. This German-built motor yacht hit the water in 2008 to become one of the top 10 largest yachts delivered from the shipyard at the time. Now, Rocinante remains recognisable for her classy grey and white profile from Espen Øino International, paired with her Alberto Pinto interiors, which favour a sophisticated, contemporary scheme. Visitors to the show may enjoy a peek inside her onboard hospital, cinema or her lengthy sundeck with its large jetstream pool and jacuzzi, though her lower deck gym, hammam, massage room and beauty salon are a must-see. It's a happy coincidence that she's also now on the market, asking €88,500,000 with Y.CO.

Length: 76.5m
Builder: Feadship
Year: 2021
Another standout superyacht attending PBIBS this year is the 76.5-metre motor yacht Boardwalk V (previously Boardwalk). The Feadship build joined the market in September last year, ahead of making a public appearance at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show and the launch of her 117-metre Lürssen successor Boardwalk, which hit the water just months after. Both Boardwalk builds were commissioned by American businessman and hospitality magnate Tilman Fertitta, who sought a highly customised yacht with "optimised functionality, comfort and ambience" in his first 76.5-metre build. As such, interiors by Amy Halffman are characterised by tactile textures with hints of colour, decorating a long list of onboard amenities for all the family. The sundeck is a notable spectacle, thanks to its six-metre mosaic-tiled pool and adjoining hot tub.

Instantly recognisable thanks to her metallic blue-green hull and superstructure, the Admiral yacht was awarded Motor Yacht of the Year and Best Interior Design (1,500GT+) at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards. The panoramic upper saloon offers 180-degree views forward and can be transformed into a private cinema. Her name derives from a Japanese word meaning "seeing one's true nature" – an ethos reflected in the serene and zen-inspired interiors, finished with natural tones and tactile textures.

Aside from the obvious new paint job – whereby her navy hull was repainted a new sky blue – refit works included an interior overhaul and the addition of a sea-level beach club. Accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins, including an Art Deco-inspired master suite on the main deck, with a private study, walk-in wardrobe and a central spa bath. A full-size cocktail bar is the centrepiece in Scott Free's main saloon, while "whimsical" lighting in the skylounge above creates the perfect place for a movie night.
